The Dynamic Horse is written for everyone who wants to understand equine biomechanics and locomotion. This book addresses key concepts, including:

Dr. Hilary Clayton is a horsewoman, veterinarian and researcher. The first incumbent of the Mary Anne McPhail Dressage Chair in Equine Sports Medicine at Michigan State University, Dr. Clayton is also a past president of the Association for Equine Sports Medicine and a member of the International Equine Veterinarians Hall of Fame. She is the currently competing two Arabians in Dressage, both bred at MSU. Currently Dr. Clayton is successfully competing MSU Magic J at the Prix St. George level. Hilary's goal is to prove that you can successfully compete with a barefoot Arabian who lives outside.
